Christmas Candy Cane Hot Chocolate Muffins

The November Bake from the Junior Baking Club with Baked in is Hot Chocolate Muffins.

We absolutely love Baked In. Each month you receive a box through the post.

We came up with a perfect idea for Christmas using our Baked in November Junior box.

Cut a regular size Candy Cane with sharp scissors. Use the hook part as the cup 'handle' and the straight part as a candy cane 'stirrer.'

We'll be making more of these Hot Chocolate Muffins for Christmas. Lucky Santa will be having one left out with a glass of milk.

These light chocolate muffins are filled with a deliciously rich chocolate ganache centre, topped with a tempting swirl of whipped cream and then finished off with Candy Cane details.

These can be created with either Chocolate Muffins or Cupcakes.
